I just installed a brand new 3.9 l in my 2000 ls. I bought the engine complete-Manifold, coils, spark plugs etc. Engine fires but runs like crap. Its popping idle air flow code. Any ideas? The part # matches but I'm wondering if the external stuff is incompatible. the engine was manufactured in 2002. Any Ideas?
