Hello - New Guy here. I have an Ivory/Pearl base Mark VIII. I've had it for just over a year, and it has been GREAT - what a car! I'll post some pics when I'm able. Recently, a problem developed. The ABS light is on, and the message center reads: check traction control. My mechanic says that it is the ABS Brake System Module part# F8LZ2B373BA The problem is we can't find one. Any help would be appreciated. I'm in the Detroit area if that helps. Thanks

I live near the Detroit area too. Sorry, I can't help with the ABS part either, but as Max pointed out, the year of the car is important.

From the part number (F8...) I'm guessing that it's a 1998 though.

There are a lot of differences between the years of Mark VIII's, as far as parts go. I put the years of my Marks in my signature just to make it easy when I'm asking questions.

Hopefully, another Michigan person (there's lots of us here:) )can help you out.

Try putting a post in the brakes and suspension forum too.
