95 mark viii D.S.O. 84

I just bought a factory service manual for my 95 mk viii. I was decoding my vin. and my dso is 84 (home office reserve) anyone know what that means? I suspect ford executives drove it but i'm just guessing.

i see this ending up as a my vin is this what is my DSO code on my car and everyone wanting you to look it up for them in your manual lol. i found out the vin numbers lie some times. i was decoding the codes in the glove box of my 88chevy truck that i had it said it came with a 9 speaker stereo system and it infact had only 2 of them in the truck the truck did not even have spots to put 9 of them in lol.
