Looking at the manual, I believe the accessory delay feature is a function of the LCM(Lighting Control Module). Looking through the manual it appears the battery saver circuit is being compromised as well since it should shut down the lighting and accessories if inadvertently left on.
One possible cause for this could be the door ajar switch(es). Have you had any door ajar indications? If so, a liberal treatment of WD40 to the door latch mechanisms may resolve the issue.
It's worth a shot in the dark.
