My Lincoln is Dead?

So my battery ran down while I was out of town. I went to jump it with my jump box and when I first turned the key on I had lights and then after I turned the ignition everything went out?

Is there a main relay or something like that I should be looking for to be blown out?

I know this isn't much to go on, I'm just hoping foe a little guidance.

Sounds like a really flat battery. Check the connections, and put it on a slow charge overnight. Its unlikely that you will be able to jump start it.
