DOH! If your're not listed as a member, that's a member's only thread, and you probably don't have access.
Yes it's time. ALL memberships not paid expire at the end of the year. Any dues paid October-December 2005 are considered 2006 dues. It seems most wait until after the new year has started.
There have been no changes, the membership dues are $20 per year.
