ok so how many miles does your mark 8 and wuts the most miles you ever herd on a mark 8.i have a 1993 will 149,000 miles on it ::roll::

Mine is less than 50K, but she's spoiled - no Winters for her. I think the gentleman known as XLRIII on the board has the most miles of the club members. He passed 300K, if I remember right.

112 on the mark 49 on the navigator, had 154k on the old mark when i sold it

Getting there, kinda slowed down a bit during the racing "off season".

But.. this friday the "pre-season" starts up and we'll be back to the 200 mile round trips EVERY friday!

104K, No major repairs, original air suspension,
38K in 1997 when purchased

replaced driver door handle and belt tensioner under warranty
replaced wiper switch
replaced thermostat with 188 when the original stuck closed
replaced 1/2 accumulator and springs
have to add a can of freon about every two years
replaced front brake rotor twice, resurfaced once, now have Powerstops
cleaned EGR passages under throttle body and replaced EGR flow sensor
Replaced broken rear sway bar with Addco 1 1/8" bar
Installed Drawtite trailer hitch
Replaced battery at over 10 years age
Installed Silverstars in the low beams
Replaced original MXV4's with new "green" MXV4's at 58k, still look good

215,000 on my 1993 - My daily driver since December 1996.

Tommy (XLRVIII) should be at close to 350,000.........if it is still running.

It's running good enough to head to the track day after tomorrow.
first race of 2007
{the tracks are just re-opening)
