Hi everyone new to Lod gonna be a paying member soon, But was wondering if anyone knows what that vacuume thing is by the crank pulley is and what does it do?

I believe what you are referring to is part of the secondary air injection system, an emission device which supplies pressurized air to the engine exhaust flow to aid in the reduction of emissions during the first 20 to 120 seconds of engine operation.

Hmmmn The reason i was asking is when my car reaches normal operating temp. I have this annoying whistle coming from the front i think almost like a vacuume leak sound but if you give it a little bit of gas it goes away but it wont do it till it warms up
