ATTENTION ALL, about wires and plugs!!!!!!

I was looking at some posts with full pictures of Mark VIII engines and noticed that MANY people have a different setup when it comes to which wire goes to which plug.

drillers & D Day(me) have the same set up
notice how the the top 2 coils on the left and right side go to that side of the engine, while the bottom 2 coils on the L and R go to the opposite side of the engine.

I noticed that redn8 has it set up different.
notice the top farthest right coil goes to the passenger side of the engine.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY???

I wonder if it's possible that Norm's car, being a '96 model that has the EEC5 PCM could have something to do with it. You are definitely one detail oriented kind of guy to notice that. We need more people like you at our work. :)

I took off the original wires and placed the new ones where they were.

Hmmm... Mine just has little speaker wires going to them. Maybe I should buy the heavy duty ones you guys have.
