Yeah I saw them before on the site Leo linked. I think they are kind of cool, but at the same time I can see them as to ghetto as well (like with the message call me) More than likely they will become illegal for on-road use.

Pretty cool idea. But like you said i can see these getting banned pretty quick once they start uploading undesireable images to the wheels. ROFL Still i think they would be cool to look at on a stationary vehicle in a parking lot. I could never afford them, or would want them on any of my vehicles, but new electronic gizmos always perk my attention.
