grand marquis

My mother's '89 grand marquis is having problems, unfortunately she's in Florida and I'm in Illinois so its a little difficult to see whats going on. I was told that the lights to the instrument cluster, daytime running lamps, and outside reflector lights are not working. I'm assuming its a fuse but she doesn't have the owners manual and claims to have checked every fuse. Any suggestions?

What area of Florida does she live in? I can recommend an honest repair shop here in Tampa.

My folks live in a town just outside of Ocala. The only problem is that they are really low on funds and have too much pride to accept any money from me. I'm assuming its something really simple though. I just wish I could get my hands on an owner's manual to take a glance through it to see if I can narrow the search down a little. I still think its a fuse or relay.

It may be the multi-function switch.
