i found a 85 cougar turbo 5 speed i wonder what gear is in the rear (my 88 turbo coupe had 3:73's) and i'll bet its a limited slip too does anyone know for sure? or what options came i get the whole car for $35.00

$35?? I would just buy it. The trbo itself is worth more than that, and im sure the manifold would pull some bank too just for its rarity.

EDIT: Nevernimd the distinct POSSIBILITY that you could benefit from whatever lies in the rearend.

i forgot to mention the engine was removed but the rest is in great shape all i would want would be the rear end i got enough junk in my garage if i knew for sure id flip it and cut it off maybe take the seats and console ( ima pack rat)

Heck,you could probably pull more than 35 bucks worth of scrap metal from it.

I beleive the rear in the 85 Couger / T-bird is a 7.5, not an 8.8.

You may want to look into that before wasting 35 bucks.
