What tranny is a v-6 stang?

Hey anyone know if the tranny for the auto v-6 stang is the 4r70W? I'm thinking about working on the wifey's car a bit, maybe even giving her my engine when I complete the swap.

4r70w with the 5.0 bolt pattern. It won't bolt up at all. The internals are slightly different, too. There's some info on tccoa, as well as this site: http://www.transmissioncenter.net/aode.htm.
