I have a 289 that doesnt run, the crank is bad. My uncle might have found a VERY STRONG 351. Dunno if it's a cleveland or a windsor, or what year it is. What I'd like to know is will 289 parts fit a 351W or C? I have a nice edelbrock performer rpm intake and carb, as well as hooker headers that I'd like to keep. Will any parts swap over?

Found a good source of info for you. It looks like you need to find out if it is a 351 Cleveland or Windsor. If it is a Windsor you may be in business.
