More track fun

Well, Eli and I went Tri state dragway tonight. It was hot and humid today. Not the best of conditions for racing. I ran 3 runs and got my personal best time with the 80 shot to date. I cannot wait to get some gears and a chip in this car so I can give her hell.

here is my best run:

60 2.038
330 5.705
1/8 8.678
mph 83.63
1000 11.199
1/4 13.327
mph 105.82

I plan on keeping the 80 shot for a while. I want to get some 3.73's in the car along with a locker and then run it with that. THe locker will do nothing but help my 60' times tremendously. These Nitto 555's hook up, but I am at a loss when I only use one of them at a time.

Hopefully with the 3.73's I will run in the 13's all the time n/a and in the 12's easily with the 80 shot. I am still discouraged with the way the car leaves out of the hole. Even when I hit the N2O out of the hole it only feels mediocre (2.0 60's). I gotta get the 60's down to around 1.8s. I am loosing so much ET due to the poor launches.

Plans for red whore are:
1. Gears
2. Move the battery and some weight to the back to help with the 60'
times
3. Fix the exhaust
4. Super intake
5. more NOS
