HID Solutions EBay

Has anyone had any experience with HID Solutions on Ebay? I bought one of their kits December 15th off of Ebay. Shortly after I paid I received an e-mail saying they'd be out until January 1st and they'd ship it then. The phone number they sent has a mailbox that's full and they don't respond to e-mails. Scam??
 
I bought mine from them no problem. I agree with Bud, also did you use Paypal? I got my money back from them on a failed purchase.


WOW! look at his feedback for the last month.
