I found an AC face plate in good condition AT A WRECKING YARD and thought I would take apart my AC control unit and use the good face plate in mine since my face plate has all the button labels pushed threw. BUT the faceplate I found is slightly differing on the inside and will not work with my unit. MY Unit is code blue so I know the face plate will not work with the code blue units, it has a stamp on the side is "F5LF-18D419-AA","A-2","ABS-PC". If any one wants the face plate to try it with there mark VIII AC CONTROLER; all I know is it come out of a first gen mark viii, 93,94, 95 not sure about 96 mark. FREE FREE FREE. I know thay are expinseve and hard to get so i want to make sure it goes to some one that truly needs it and will work with there Ac unit.
