I had to replace these this week, the driver's window wouldn't go up in the Black 94. You could hear the motor running, it clunks and jerks a bit, but eventually won't raise the window.
These window motor plugs connect the window motor to the gear. They fail often, they are cheap and available at any parts store, but a little annoying to change.
To change them, you remove the door pad and water shield, remove the 3 bolts that hold the motor and remove it (hold on to motor when removing the last bolt) then remove the cir clip from the gear and then remove the cover plate. Then you pull the gear off, clean out the old shredded plugs and put the new ones in.
