Sunburn Lincoln?

So, with all this heat lately and that my car has never been out in the elements I am having some real problems that I have not foreseen. So, I didn't know that white leather can sunburn. Still don't know that but, that is the case. The back of my back seat is BURNT. There is nothing else it can be. It is dried out and burnt. I used shoe polish to help color it a bit so it does not look so bad but, I don't know that it is going to last that way. I think it is still good enough that I can have someone come out and redye it. I don't know.
The other things I have had from the heat;
The vinyl top right by the drivers side window has shone some discoloration almost like it was getting burnt too. It does not have the same dried out "burnt" look as the leather but it is a rust color burnt look. Also, the weather striping (felt) on the out side of the top corner of the drivers side window melted a bit. i have to break it in half in order to be able to push it back to where it goes in the window track.
I have a cover for it. I didn't have it on for a few days which is when the back seat got burnt but the other two things I did have it covered. I don't have the money to fully restore this car. That is why I go it in the condition i did. I also can't put it into the garage. Don't know what to do to stop this form happening anymore. I am half tempted to put it up for sale before anything else happens and while I can still get my money back out of it and then use the money to get another. Maybe one that has been updated a little more. If I did I would want and 83 or older. I don't know. I just know that I love my Lincoln and I do not want to see it getting damaged because I can't properly house it. This car needs a garage. It has never been without one. I want my car but seeing these things happening to it when they don't have to hurts me more then anything else as far as concern with it. I don't know how much a new vinyl top is but I am sure it is not cheap and I know white leather seats are not cheap either. Nor is getting new weather striping.
