i have a mirror off a 97 that had the bad auto dim, the liquid leaked inside so i removed the outer lense and cleaned it all, it looks perfect, but wont dim again, works perfect in all directions and the led blinker and puddle lamp both work fine. its silver frost in color. if you have a busted mirror or if your glass is shot and you can see out of it anymore, heres a cheap fix, $50 bucks shipped and its yours, normally when we sell one of these with working auto dim they fetch well over $100 bucks so if you have tinted windows, you dont need the autodim feature anyway. email if interested.
