this was just removed off a 98 lsc, it still works great and the inside is nice and clean, the problem is i cracked the lense on it, you can see in the pic where its cracked, it is sealed back up with clear silicone. maybe you can experiment with it and try to replace the lense. i know i can sell this on ebay for alot more than its worth, but i'll try here first for alot less. the ballast has been removed and it only has 2 studs on it, i had to remove them for the replacement neon i got, but it does work if you throw a ballast on, and epoxy some studs back on it, they were already epoxied on and it held for over a year. $50 bucks plus shipping if you can get a lense on here with some patience it would make a really clean neon.
i also have a crappy base model chrome neon with a decent lense on it for another 20 bucks i would throw it in for a possible lense doner for this light, you might be able to make one good out of both.
