    Default 2017 Carlisle Tent Theme

This thread is a little overdue. Most years, we attempt to plan a (relatively) coherent tent theme. It seems we're pretty good at it, too. We've won "coolest club" on several occasions.

This year, is the 100th Anniversary of the Lincoln brand, and the show is featuring Lincoln, as a result. We need to fly the flag, and fly it high.

After much discussion, this year's tent theme has been determined to be "Elegance."

So now, the planning begins. We need ideas, and Elegance rules. How can we deck out our tent to let the show (and the world) know that LOD is the classiest bunch around?

Also, hands down the most innovative...

FYI - we're shooting for Black & White as our color scheme.

I think Bad Sax needs to come up with LOD t-shirt that look like the tuxedos that we can all wear on Saturday. I think given the heat a white tux t-shirt will be better.

ha! Somewhere in my basement, I have one that is very similar.

I was thinking more like the ones with all of the crystal dangly bits, however.

If you want to class it up, maybe keep Steve away from the tent? :*

I was thinking the same. They sell stuff like crystal dangly bits at craft stores. A little fishing line, some hot glue, and wala crystal chandeleir. I'll ask my wife if she has any, I know she has tons of crafting stuff
