Well as you know, the track changed multiple times since yesterday. Right now the eye is east of Tampa, and just south of Lakeland. Since it went ashore east of Naples, it has weakened greatly. As of right now, no major problems. I'll check later this morning for any incidental damage.

Sounds like good news, for most of you. I'm glad to hear it. I hope the worst has passed, and your damage has been minimal.

Just heard that my sister in Naples is OK. The house she was staying in had no (or insignificant) damage. Still on generator and getting spotty access to internet via cell phone.

OK, last update. The eye center was about 15 miles east of me, when it passed. No damage, "knock on wood". Had a few microsecond drops in power, but never lost it.

So... Woke up monday morning with my pool under 1 feet of water. At this point I was like "@#$%". I quickly went to my garage side and thank god my garage was dry. Went outside where the other 3 Mark VIIIs (1 parts car)were parked, Ivory was good, silver was almost to the doors and my parts car was under water. Quickly went and moved the silver to higher ground. Put all cars up on jack stands just in case. Went to my backyard and moved the sand bags near my sliding doors. 6 more inches and my house would have been flooded. It didn't raise anymore thank god.

30% people near water got flooded so I got real lucky. It was record breaking at 5,7" (before was 4, 1")

I just got power back. Right now I have my parts mark carpet out to dry. So far couple shingles came off and my dock is all wavey as are all others. Evrything else held up

You might want to pull the seats out of the one that went up to the doors. Pull the thresholds off, and you can lift the carpet, prop it up with pieces of wood to make sure the bottom of the padding didn't get wet. if so, dry it as much as possible and leave it propped up to dry.

I had to do this because of a cowl water leak.

LOL believe it or not but the carpet was already out of the silver Mark VIII. My brother was doing his stereo and getting rid of wires and stuff. So good thing he didn't have it in there. There was a little water which we just got a rag and absorbed it all out. But yeah the carpet would have been wet if it was there.

Hurricanes suck, there are a lot people in NJ (and NY) that still not have recovered from Sandy along the shore areas.
    Glad everyone is ok.
