I have the chance to install my long tubes on my SCed mark now. Would I have to get it retuned since it's probably going to result in a loss of boost?

Do you have Wideband on your Mark?
If you have Wideband you can check airfuel ratio after you install the longtubes and see if it's the same or similar as it was before the longtubes.
If you don't have a wideband I would throw it on a dyno to check the tune and retune it if the A/F is off.

short answer is yes.
headers are going to change the location of the 02 sensor.
When the o2 sensor location changes, you have to make changes in the tune to address this issue.

it's pretty simple as far as the changes go, but they should be changed non the less.
