Default TSB for 08 MKZ heater
Had it in yet another time for low heat output at idle.
They replaced the water pump inlet tube (which looks identical to the original)

TSB 08-6-6

Seems better now

One of the bearings the drive shaft goes through was noisy, so the 3 pc drive shaft was replaced too.
