I have a chip burned by Lonnie for my car which was replaced with the tuner thingie. It was burned to my specifications which included wanting very firm shifts and I forget what else. At the time, I had the stock gears, a dual 2 1/2" exhaust and a shift kit.

Due to the fact that this chip was burned to my liking, I haven't thought about selling it prior to this. I'd rather sell it to someone who can try it out on his/her car first just to be sure it'd work well.

If you are interested, please let me know, I haven't even considered a selling price. If you'll be at Carlisle and would like to try it out, let me know I can bring it with.

Well, I'm leaving for Carlisle in a little bit here, and won't be back til at least Sunday night. PM me or something, or remind me next week. I just really think since it's not a plain tune, but was custom done to my specs, a person would want to try it out before buying it, which I still haven't figured out what it's worth, lol. But trust me, if you like it, I'll make sure the price is well worth it.

Trixie, regardless of the tune that is ON the chip.. the piece of hardware itself
{the chip) is worth 200.00

I wouldn't sell it for less than 200.

I have to disagree you can get the chip bare for aroumd $2o dollars just a read only cheap chip go to a place that makes boards and the will love to give them to you. Check on your info before you screw someone.

Bud, I have no idea. 32V, don't get so worked up about it. Tommy was just trying to help me out. And if I priced it at 200 and no one bought it then it's my loss.

I haven't had time to check. I know for me the value is the tune, and yes, the chip can be retuned for a price. So I need to check that out, but I've been awfully busy.

Don't misunderstand me Sharon...I was just saying what the price of BLANK chips are!! Costs associated with programing chips can be astronomical (!) so I sure wasn't knocking that, believe me. If someone wants to buy a chip burner and a program to do it, they need more than a chip...they need the most expemsive thing and that's the know-how!

No no worries. Just so everyone's clear, this is NOT the SCT programmer though. I'm keeping that one. It's just that I had a chip prior to the programmer that I don't need anymore.
