What Is The Torque Specs For The Front Wheel Hub Assembly Nut?

Need the help ASAP.

Is 258 ft. Lbs the right spec.

From the Lincoln Service Manual:

Front Axle Wheel Hub Retainer 255-345 Nm 188-254 Lb-Ft

The 'old post' from the 'old man' was quoting direct from the 'old factory manual'. :p

251 lb-ft is the spec. You're gonna need a bigger torque wrench.

You can usually rent one for a nominal fee from a parts store though it may require a CC deposit. Not too many people own a torque wrench big enough for the job. I myself simply borrow one from work.

what pieces are you needing.. i found another blue/blue in a local yard, most interior looks good, seats are cracking like mine.. which is why i have seat covers until i get my sewing machin fixed, oh ..and ill be taking the top dash piece as well as the driver door panel, all other is up for grabs
-maybe we should make another thread.. in the interior section?-
