fuel sender open wiring help no help from sticky.

I went to my ford DVD and couldn't find much on this. Ever since putting in the new pump setup I get a "fuel send open" on the message center. So i've dropped the tank and the pumps are getting rewired. The only image I can find is this one below. Can anyone give me what the wires go to and what to test for the fuel level
