Now the story is that there was no Humvee wreck at all, and that she got all of her injuries AFTER she was captured. In other words, she was beaten by her captors.
I no longer know what to think. I just wish they'd pick a story and stick with it. I also think the best thing in the world for this girl is for the media to leave her the hell alone. No matter what happened, she's been through enough already.
Edit: I read the story wrong. The wreck did happen, but she didn't get her injuries from it.

The media should leave her alone? I think she's going to make a lot of money off that media attention. Sure, she's been through plenty, and being held captive and being beaten is horrible, but now at least she can exploit it and be well-compensated.
