I missed responding before the thread was locked. So I will offer a simple explanation. I would never make fun of a child who is dying of a diesease like cancer, or something of the sort. Why? Not their fault, obviously. However, Mr. Johnson made a LIFESTYLE choice that caused him to be ill. There is a big difference.

As far as bike acidents go, well...have you ever seen guys riding in shorts, Tees, and sandals? Prime candidates for the Darwin Awards...

Agreed. Magic got more uh, well, you know, then i ever hope to get. That was his choice, and the consequences are his to deal with. It sucks, i hate to kick him while he's down, but the joke was still funny. And he's obviously doing okay, what's it been, 10 years?

So you would make fun of someone with lung cancer since they chose to smoke, or maybe someone with heart disease, after all they could have eaten better and excercised. Lets expand it....How about the carload of teenages who are out at 4am and get killed by a drunk driver, after all they shouldnt have been out so late.

Rocketman, dont ever make fun of someone's health misfortunes. Regardless of how it happened or what choices they made. It isnt right. Its totally insensitive. However, if you disagree, please remember to contact me if you get severely injured while driving your mark above the speed limit....its a lifestyle choice to continousely speed.......and I want to come make fun of your misfortune so you then will understand. Maybe ill make fun of how your paralyzed and cant wipe yourself or feed yourself. Wouldnt that be funny?
