Decent Labor Rate in San Antonio

I just wanted to let members in San Antonio and nearby know about a speed shop that has a decent labor rate ($60 per hour) for those things you don't want to do or don't have the equipment to do. They specialize in Mustangs, Cobra's in particular, but they were falling all over my Mark, the owner says he's going to look for one as a project car. They have a full body shop, do exhaust work, suspensions, superchargers, gears, transmissions, Nitous, ect It's Mustang Extreme Racing, 7926 Mainland (off Bandera) 520-0542. One of their five project cars is a Rousch convertable that they have drilled a hole in the mouth of the Cobra emblem on the fender. Instead of having the nitrous vent up by the windshield it vents out the Cobra's mouth so it looks like it's spitting. Cool!!

When you have all the work done, bring it back to me.

Yeah Right. :) This place is installing a dyno in a few months, I'm not going to do anything until then. I want to see what I have now and go from there. I went to the drag strip with them yesterday, just to hang out, no way I'm going to break my baby. But it sure is great to light em' up at the traffic lights and watch the kids freak out.

Norm this car will run circles around my other one, probabaly not top end, but definately in the quarter. I'm sure glad you didn't want her anymore. I couldn't have found one I would like any better.

Kinda funny how I used to jokingly hijack your car and now look, it ends up just up the road in San Antonio. I may have to run up and see it some day.
