LOL, thats just the angle of the photo, I like extreme angles so I took a "worm's eye view" shot. Otherwise the back is the same height as the front.

Diluted Simple green, soapy water, small wheel brush, large wheel brush, time

RE: Pics of my Mark VIII....

Those rear window moldings are doing good ;)

please dont jinx me. :( I might walk outside to my car after work today to find that the molding is all curled up :( LOL

I actually used wax on my molding too (since it not porous) and then wiped it lightly with some armor-all. That should prolong the curling.

RE: Pics of my Mark VIII....

omg i dont even recognize it ;) I was considering doing a photoshop of my car w/ the wheels changed ......I see you blacked out the grill too. Not bad.

RE: Pics of my Mark VIII....

Actually Joe, I didnt black out anything... ahhhh the computer plays tricks on the mind again. All I did was right click on the pic of your car from above... save it, then re-open it in "paint". I simply customized the colors to as close as I could, and just "drew lines" over the chrome. I only did the top visible part of the chrome just below the hood tip, as far as the grille goes. it took longer to upload the image to my cardomain site then it did to actually do the job... total time.. less than 3 mins, but you really can see what it would look like.. the easy way. now, here's the SAME pic, close up, and you can see how chitty a job I did, but from the first, smaller image, it looks almost real. Secret's out... here's the true image... enjoy....

RE: Pics of my Mark VIII....

Hey Joe, I just noticed something parciliar ... in the last pic of your car, the interior shot, it looks like the motor is running due to the position of the tach.... but it looks like it is approx 1200 rpms due to the needle location.... what is up with that? 1200 is a bit high, yet I see tempature is already in the motor in the temp guage. Anyone else notice this?
