I'm trying to visualize where that camera is located. It must be south of the bay bridge looking east at Berkly. Is it on a tall building? I've been to the site in your signature picture.

the truth is that photo Camera is located in Emmeryville looking back at San Francisco and the sig. pic is in San Francisco Pier 32 looking toward treasure Island

There is a local Photography guy who takes digital pictures all over the world, and especially bay are shots. We have two of his "panoramic" three-tile framed digital's in our office. One shot is from Treasure Isaland, looking west towards S.F. They are huge!!!(about 3x5 feet!)

For almost half of the affected residents and business, the lights were truned on last night and early this morning..
