Just when you thought the Army had learned their lesson. When are those guys gonna quit playing games with people? First a Chem-light in the brown one-eye, and now this.... Crazy. Looks like fun tho. (the waterballoon part, not the chem-light part)

That was great. We used to toss water out the window like that in smaller water balloons on upper classmen who had their convertible tops down when I was in Military college. Some times they even had their dates in the cars with them. Those were the good old days.
