Looks like you went to vegas/arizona etc grand canyon???
Well anyways good looking pics. Trip was tons of fun?? Take your mark?

RE: My Summer Vacation

Thanks everyone for the picture compliments. I can honestly say, it is all camera. I had it set on full automatic, and anyone could have pushed the button. It is a Nikon Coolpix camera.

I had a great time during the couple weeks out west, and could have used a couple more with no problem. We flew to Las Vegas, and rented a PT Cruiser and drove the wheels off that thing. Awesome car, and it never complained that it had to haul 5 adults with luggage and back packs crammed in it with the temps outside were way beyond 100. Try that in a Mark :p . I will say, that the 4 banger spent alot of time at full song, with the pedal matted  .

The pictures were taken in the following locations:

Las Vegas Strip, NV - Eiffel Tower replica at Paris Casino
Hoover Dam, NV/AZ
3 pics of Zion National Park, UT
3 pics of Bryce Canyon, UT
6 pics of the Grand Canyon, AZ
Rainbow pic taken in Pagosa Springs, CO
3 pics of Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, UT/AZ (yep - the place where all the John Wayne type cowboy movies were filmed, and that Toyota truck "Rock" commercial that is on tv now.

Sounds like a great vacation! Did you camp?
[/div]

Kinda. Does a 3 star hotel count as camping? :p lol. Every place we stayed at was a suite. I brought my youngest Daughter along, and Wendy brought her Son, and Daughter. So, it was either two small rooms, or one huge room with all the extras. Wendy decided on the huge room concept, and made all the arrangements before we left.

We had sooo much fun. For example...

We did alot of hiking. We hiked 1.5 miles down the Grand Canyon on foot. It was easy going down... Very slow going up. This is your reward at the 1.5 mile mark:

I also broke a bucking bronco for my in-laws neighbor in Pagosa Springs, CO. They said everyone in town has tried to tame this wild mustang. Here is a pic of me taming the beast:
