Bad Weather in Arizona

With all the news on TV lately about the hurricanes in the USA and Caribbean is experiencing, along with the dire predictions made by such films as The Day After Tomorrow, we shouldn't forget that Arizona has its share of devastating weather too. Attached is a photo illustrating the damage caused to a friend's home from a storm that passed through this morning. It really makes you cherish what you have, and reminds us not to take things for granted.

Wow! The whole house fell onto its side and the only thing left standing was the chair.

Sharon, the picture is turned 90 degrees, so most people would think only the chair was knocked down.

Not sure that is the right pic.
But on that note, I'm waiting for some pictures from my daughter who lives Pensacola. She lost her roof in the Hurricane earlier this week. House is unlivable right now with no roof, water damage and no power.

I'm glad someone enjoyed it!

You know, I think I seriously get more emotional about seeing beautiful old trees torn up than houses. I mean, I feel for the people who lose their houses, but there's something about a tree that will take years and years to replace.
