Wow... I'm so bummed for you. It's happened to me long ago, but the car was nothing like our Marks. I've fallen so in love with mine since I got it a year ago, something like that would kill me. I feel your pain!

Don't Rent at Skyline Terrace Apartments! (Warning) (millbrae)

Skyline Terrace Apartments in Millbrae and Burlingame has an Auto Theft issue that they refuse to address. Multiple automobiles have been vandalized and burglarized repeatedly. The management hired a security guard after a rash of break-in's simply to appease the tenants for one month, and then fired him, now the break-ins have begun again, several in one day! Save your money and rent elsewhere it not worth the hassle.


I live in an are where the medium range for a single family home is 900,000 dollars........this should not be happening!

That really sucks, Stanley! x( Will insurance cover it? Will you still be able to make our Wine Country cruise in 3 weeks? Heck, bring the Caddy if you have to! Where would the GGM8 be without its Pres.? ;(

Around here, Crime consists of dogs barking, neighbors complaining about other neighbor's yard/grass being too high, etc.,
Though, I work in Des Moines and my previous car got broken into in a parking garage. They stole my ex-wedding band but what REALLY pissed me off is they stole about $40 in Chucky Cheese tokens!!! ;)

Stanley, Man...I dont know what to say...I am at a loss for words.

I would suggest you keep an eye on Craigslist for your stuff...most common thieves dont need your audio stuff, they want the cash...

Good news is, they didnt steal your grill, right? if they didn't, you could always say they did, and get added cash bonus for *something* else...it may constitute insuance fraud...they know this...they fraud us everytime they cash our monthly check.

BTW, could be worse...they could total your 130k mile Mark VIII.

Thieves, vandals, and the newest one, hit-n-run commiters should all be gathered up, and mowed down.

an eye for an eye is my belief. Hit me, and run, prepare to get whacked. Watch over your shoulder for the rest of your life...you know, fear is the best defense. If they had to face ANY form of consequence, they might think twice.

I suspect a tenant, or relative of, is hitting all the cars buddy. How else would they know there is no security?

If you need any help getting your car back into shape, let me know. I cant come down to you, but I can ship parts. I dont have much, but if there is something else you notice damaged/missing after the claim is fixed, let me know. I probably have that part on our 95 parts car.

Just dont go crazy...we all know how the system works...you'd pay a heftier price than some poorly-moralled youngsta.

Stanley !!!!! x( xo x( x( xo xo xo x( x( . This is the second time, after they tried to break into your car but you caught the alarm right??? You have got to get one of those alarms that have a keychain that alarms you when you car alarm goes off. I was thinking about that for some time now. I have tons of audio equipment in my car also. I feel for bad for ya man. But looking on the bright side. If the insurance pays up, you'll be able to get brand new Audio equipment since it changes up every few years anyways.
