If this guy doesn't stop smoking while filling the gas tanks, the prices won't be the only thing rising.

Speaking of tossing butts out, last night a guy passed me on the freeway with a fire burning in the bed of his truck.
Serves him right for throwing his butt out. I saw him on the side of the road a mile later just watching the blaze. I hope he lost his truck. x(
