This sign has stood has stood in front of a local place of business for years. No one seems to have been able to convince the owner to correct the sign, except maybe whatever was under the word "repair"

What type of shop is this?

Hint: To understand it, read out the sign several times out loud.

"I just guted a old microwave and a dryer hose and a room fan and added a lite in the back and cut the wall between the cooking are and the control panal (thinking about it its not that ez I did get a lot of help too) But I dont have a airbrush yet thouw (I like to make things and I have the use of a lot of tools like flame cuters grinders saws and such my dad used to be a contrackter and has most of a mushin shop in his place)

the guy makes old mushins to forje and kast dyes to make armur/wepuns for gladiaters and midevul woriurs to uze in badle.
