Finally i have a garage now to park the Mark. No more rain and dive bomber birds in the driveway to attack her. lol I was so nervous my hand was shaking when i signed the paperwork. (my first house) It's a bit of a commute to work now, but my truck gets good gas milage being a fuel injected 6 banger 5spd.
Its very nice having a garage. Work anytime you want (florida weather is not forgiving.) Come into your car and its nice and cool. No sun or rain to pond it around the clock. Not to mention, tree sap.
Thanks guys. Been waiting forever for a real place. 5 or 6 years in a paid off manufactured home allow you to save quite a bit of money when youre not paying rent every month, just utilities. It's 1375 sq ft, 3bed,2 bath, which is small to some people but more than enough for me being single.
Yep tree sap and bird dropping were my worst nightmare and those little twirly leaves and brown long needles that get all into behind the hood cowl area and you have to pick them out.
Now i can finally get around to changing out my trucks new toy i got a while back. 75MM ported and thinned blade throttlebody for the intake. Been putting it off due to the heat and humidity lately. i have to get a chip burned for it too to take advantage of the added airflow and to raise the RPM i can wind it to and to get rid of the 99MPH governor where it cuts off fuel.

WOW! Congrats! I know what you mean about being nervous, signing paperwork...I have yet to do it, but I am beginiing the "search" now...some day I hope to post pics of my first home as well.
