RE: Installing a Cd Player Mark VIII

What year is your car and are you replacing it with an aftermarket CD player?

If you're replacing it with an aftermarket CD player you can get a wiring kit that will match up your CD player's wiring to the Mark's factory wiring. If you are looking to just splice the CD player's wires into the factory wiring, that's going to be more work especially if it has the JBL premium sound. Do a search, someone has put up a diagram of the wiring if you want to tackle that.

The wiring kit I used for my CD player is the Scosche FDK10 and I also needed the Scosche FD1300 installation kit:

Let us know what you ended up doing.
