Chicago April 3 & 4 - Mini Meet

K guys. Jeremi is coming all the way from Michigan to go to the dyno tune session in Wauconda on Sunday, April 4.

We NEED to get together and show him a good time in Chicago.

So, who's in? Post here. What do you want to do? The track (Greatlakes) does open on Saturday the 3rd, but I believe that opening weekend is pretty crowded.

We could hang out at the Volo Auto Museum on Sunday if people are interested after the dyno tune (it's very close by).

So.... plan on coming out to at least the dyno tune to watch and have fun (it's located off of 83 and Belvidere Road).

And, if Jeremi's gonna be here Saturday - who's up for going out Saturday night?

I'll be availabe for Sat. and Sunday I have the tune. I believe I'm right after Jeremi's tune. I heard Steve Trapp will be coming along for the ride as well as a couple others. The only thing to do on Saturday is possibly wax the ride and just clean the hell out of it for the next day, then of course party hard later at night. I'm not old enough to hit up the bars at Downtown yet ;(, but maybe you all should go out for some evening fun down there. Always expensive tho. Let's gather some options for Saturday, while Sunday we can decide whats up after the tunes.

Also, Let's make up a meeting spot so we all can drive up there together. From my count, there should be a good amount of rides coming. Manuel, Brad, Glen, and any others who I missed, post up wether or not you all want to meet up, and if you are going.

Let's make this a GOOD time.

Well, if you guys want, we could do Saturday afternoon wash/wax etc. at my house, and then figure out what to do in the evening after that?

I won't be driving out with you on Sunday - I'm too far west for it to be a good idea for any of us.

I'm not sure because I should be picking my daughter up on the 3rd and I'll have here for a week. Its a 6 hour ride to pick her up so I don't think I'll be up for anything on Saturday but maybe Sunday.

My car doesn't like to be waxed ... It might break down after that LOL.
But yeah, maybe it would be warm enough for a BBQ at your house, Sharon.
Then I could install Jon's switches - you still need them right ?
You really should consider hanging out with us on Sunday though, and don't tell me it's too far ...
Did Brad register for the Dynotune ?

The switches will most likely be completed this weekend. So I can slam that biatc)-( on the way there. I haven't heard form Brad in a while, so who knows. I MAY need your help with the lowering, but I strongly doubt it. Thanks anyway.

I got some bad news. I Won't be able to attend the dynotune because of some problems that recently occurred. I was really looking forward to this event, but ##### happens. Have a good time and we'll set up a new meet ASAP. ;(

Well, let me know what you guys are planning on. If you want, we can get together here, but I'll need some people to bring some stuff for a BBQ, and would need an idea of how many people are going to show up.

[dd] I sold my spot today to someone on the midwestford board, so no dynotune for me this time.
I have the supercharger to wipe off the tears off my eyes though ... LOL
Sorry to back out at the last minute, but there is really no sense to dynotune my car now, before the SC goes on.
