The two piece driveshafts in the later models were a tube within a tube design with a rubber isolator. They are dimensionally the same. The exterior tube has a break or circumferential seam at one end where you would expect it to be solid. I had a pic of one at one time but cannot locate it.

The early model one piece design is one tube welded solid at each end as the pics show.

Sorry to hijack this post, but ive got one also for only 100.00 Will ship in the DYNOMAX box. I bought a MM driveshaft for my 95. Pulled the one piece stocker at 74,000 or so.

maybee..but its the Exact same in All his pictures right down to the flurescent lines on the shaft. Ill check the part numbers tommorow when i go into the garage to clean up stuff. When i bought the car in 97, thats what was on it.

Nope, youre right, my 95 has the seam. I could of sworn it was the one piece design. Just took dig pics if anyone is interested what the two piece looks like.

AFAIK, only the 93 model had the original one piece driveshaft.

You may try posting yours for sale on TCCOA site.
