Well, the best prior time was 2.55 seconds 60ft time with 10.4 seconds at 72.0 mph in the 1/8 mile.

Tonite, the best 1/8 mile Tazzo results were 2.42 seconds 60ft time with 10.13 seconds at 74.1 mph. Weather was 62 degrees at 72% humidity at 2100 feet elevation.

Changes since last recorded times were newer Michelin tires on 10 spoke chrome directionals, LMS IceBox and LMS Performance Chip.

Cool,That's a nice improvement with the chip and icebox, almost 3 tenths.

Bill, I was going to post altitude corrected numbers, but decided to post the uncorrected numbers same as before. I was excited though to see a corrected 1/8 mile ET below 10! :)

Exhaust and/or gears have got to be next on the list.

JP, if you're still running the base stock exhaust system, a new one will surly help. I know everybody says go with 2.5" pipes (and I did it too), but I think unless you're going with more major mods (4.10 gears for one), 2.25" pipes will gain you more tourqe. I went with the LMS XX-pipe, 2.5" system and very un-restrictive mufflers and while it's stronger on the top, I still lost a little in the 60 foot "arena".

You have to also consider the wheels are about 10 pounds heavier each. From previous discussions, that is probably leaving close to 0.1 seconds on the table. So, I would say a solid 3 tenths improvement with the chip and icebox. Though in my particular case, I feel the Michelins gave me better traction off the line, so overall it may have been a wash having better skins with heavier wheels since what I potentially lost due to weight I potentially gained with better launches.
