Had fun at Westhampton Raceway today.
Finally got a time with the NOS working.

I ran a couple of low 14's- high 13's WITHOUT the juice first.

Best time on the bottle was a
12.815 @105.86 mph.
Man as soon as I dipped in the 12's people were all over me asking about the car.

Best of all I got 25.7 MPG overall doing around 75-80 MPH with my 4:10's.
I fell in love with this car all over again today !! :D


I owe a big thanks to Geno for "hooking up" my HOT ROD LINCOLN

I'll post the slips when I can get them scanned.

I bet they were! The looks I got at the track the other day was like 'What's that old man and his Continental doin' here?'. LOL!

all the "kids" were like What the hell is that thing ?
And "did you put a mustang engine in there ?"
Of coarse I replyed :
No Dudes,Mustangs have the Lincoln motor.
HUH ??
It was a lot of fun to say the least.

VERY Nice Matt!!! It is good to see you get her running so well! YOu must have cut a low 1.8 or 1.7 short time to run that ET with that mph. YOu still running the 100 shot?
You obliterated the best 80 shot ET I had. (13.31 @ 106.16)
Gotta love some stall!

After a couple more times at the track running high 12's you will decide you want to step up to a decent shot. WIll you resist the urg for a 125 or 175? You only live once.

I am running the 125 shot.
No converter yet (just the j-mods).
Still 100% original exsaust.
Specs on that run:
Reaction time +.276(it was only my 3rd time at the track in 15yrs)

Wow that ET is VERY impressive w/o a stall. That track must have magic traction dust on it. I wish they would find out where to buy it in CInci. :O( Excellant, excellant times Matt!! Get some headers on that beast and massage some more mph and ET out of it and you will have a beast!!

You can smoke if you have enough for everyone.
Acually all the bugs were fixed loooong ago,
This is just the first time at the track since then.

Im surprised you hooked at westhampton. I refuse to goto that track with the vette because its such a crappy track.
