Just got back from the track. The weather was perfect. I surprised myself, along with multiple mustang gt owners, one C5, and couple others. I run agaist a 03 cobra, and beat him to the finish line, but his et was better. Anyways, here is the best run:

60ft --- 2.05
1/8 --- 8.46
1/8 mph 88.25
[strong]1/4 --- 12.91
1/4 mph 108.64 [/strong]

The best mph was 108.80, but best 1/4 and 60ft are 12.91 and 2.05
I was spinning a bit of the line, plus the lack of high stall converter doesn't help either. I am hoping for 12.5 - 12.6 or so with the headers and 3500 stall.

Awesome job, Jeremi. I remember you saying you didn't think you would make it into the twelves and there you are. CONGRATS. Man, I can't wait til I start making some nice cash and get my hands on a Vortec. Can't wait to see that ride, Jeremi.

Sorry Dave, I made up my mind about going in the last minute. The weather was too great to not go. We went to Milan. I also run Martin's car a got a 14.8@94mph out of it. To say the least he was surprised.

I didn't think I would hit 12 only cause I didn't know how a 12 sec ride feels like. Now I know it doesn't feel quick enough :) :) :) Next two mods should make it even more fun.

You will be in 12.2-3's with a convertor and longtubes, no problem. If you go to a good track, retune after the longtubes, then cross your fingers and cut a good 60ft you could get into the 11.9X's. Cut some weight and more mods, you could have a strong 11 second runner. Great to hear the car is doing so well. As soon as I get back I gotta get back to work on the red car. Keep up the good times

i would get an extra pumkin w/ a bigger gearing then a 4.10 for the track especially w/ that 3500 stall and maybe w/ slicks

vortech e-trim @ barely 7 psi
cobra intake manifold with operational IMRCs
full 2.5 exhaust
walbro 255, 36lb injectors, pro-M maf
4.10s + trac-lok and denny's DS
nitto DRs
tuned by Lidio, the man !!!

everything else is stock (98 trans, converter, exhaust manifolds)

car is my daily driver, so no slicks or 4.56s

I would be stupid to change gears for anything other that 4.10s. I might even consider 3.73s, depending how it's gonna act with this new stall and LT headers.
