Pete,
It cost me 1/2 a set of Nitto's,
and I didn't spray till I was rolling.
The place is a dump, but I got in 6-7 runs in 3 hrs.

but "time" is not my friend.

Those times with that few mods is just awsome. I can't wait to start really digging into my car.

Oh, and as far as your tranny goes, how far into the j-mods did you go? Forced tailshaft lube and all? Or just the valvebody upgrades?

hamptons track is closed down. sucks i wanted to take my car there, i've been there a bunch of times, have like 20 passes from there

Ditto about that. I have to drive like a grandma with 3.07s... and i get 26 but if i slow down or accelerate it drops down. And thats at 70mph... at 80 its about 22.

I was getting an average of 21 MPG over this weekend with my 4.10's. I would get 28+ mpg on the same trip with my 3.08's i had prior.

even with fresh motors with good tunes i never got that good milege at 80 althoug i did get like over 20 with the cruse control set at 100 from miami to tampa.

The secret to mileage like that is to not change the speedo gear ;)
it's working for me so far "oh wow 544 miles to empty! awesome"

According to the trip computer I get that gas milage with the cruise set at 77 MPH.
My MPH seems to be pretty correct with the "white" speedo gear.

according to my computer, I get 26mpg avg with 4.10s, vortech, very heavy foot and 10ft tire marks at each light. Yeah, right ....

Good to hear from ya.
The TA is history. I picked up a 04 GTO. That's my new toy. I got the TA to a 12.5/110mph 1/4mi car. I miss her a little bit every now and then, but I'm loving my GTO.
