I found a couple of gadgets like these in a gag-shop years ago. They were designed to be inserted into someone's exhaust pipe, and whistle as they drove away, making them think something was wrong with their car.

They need to strap these to the buyer's ears, so it will actually sound as if their brain IS working.

What they need to do is make a motor cover so a four-cylinder engine looks like a V-8 or better yet a V-12.
