Nomination for Metro Pres position

Okay I am asking the members in the metro chapter to consider Eric (Eric1) for the position of Metro President. I feel he has alot to offer the chapter and seems like he really would like to get the metro chapter to be more active by way of things such as chapter meets and events.

Eric please feel free to state a little about your self here for those that don't know you well.

Lets get the metro chapter up and moving in 2005

well hello all. my name is eric scherer and up until recently i was the chapter president at lvc. but some people want a web based business and not a car club. i own 2 lincoln mark 8 lsc's 97-98. i have three little girls. i am the president and founder of nelce.org which you will hear more about as the weeks progress. i want to make lod a car club again. i want it to be a car club that happens to have a website NOT a website where people meet up once in a while.


i am kind of a lincoln purist meaning that while i like to see classy mods done to these cars i do not think they should be made to look like mustangs. i am pretty knowledgeable with these and most other cars but i am always looking to learn something new. and i know that with your help we can make this club great again.

Matt is currently not a paid member of the LOD that is why I put Eric up for the position.

i have NO affiliation with lvc at all. i will never have any ties to joe detomaso again. EVER!!! my loyalties will lie soley with nelce and lod but neve lvc never again.

Forget, my affilliation with NELCE, forget that I was EVER a member of LvC main group (and resigned from) .... but a PROUD member of the NE Chapter that Eric was the President; don't forget that Eric is a stand up guy, says what he means and means what he says; a born leader that I would follow into battle anytime and anywhere. He's a man of principles and honesty. It would be a dis-service to LoD Metro NY if Eric was passed up on this nomination.
