this was my first carlisle ,I never showed my car but I drove it there 534 miles @ 27 MPG not to bad I loved lookin at all the fords and talking briefly with a few lod guys ,the rain wasn't to bad it could have rained harder so i just wore a poncho, i hear that some of you like frozen steaks ,im not much for that I ate hot dogs, chips and beer by the fire with my dad and brother while we camped just down the street, all this and getting together with them made it a wonderfull event

Kenny glad to meet with you. I was wondering where in the heck you lived in WV to be a 534 mile trip. :7

Well I got home today. I just wanted to say how great of a time I had. I loved hanging with the LOD members again. I will post my pics soon. I stayed nice and late on Sunday and even got some really up close pics of the Bronco concept. I enjoyed the ribbing I got about my little Focus SVT. Even thought I no longer have a Lincoln I will continue to frequent the board and meets that I can. This is a great group and I am proud to be a part. The banquet was quite a good time, and the Perkins incident was a blast. I truly hope that our waitress did not quit or worse. I did place 3rd in the Modified ZX3 and SVT Focus class. For only doing 2 mods and having the car for only 1 month that says alot. I did have the car dynoed while there and pulled 153.7 hp and 130 torque at the wheels. Flywheel on a stock is 170hp so it was respectable to pull that on the dyno. Well I will post my picks later. Again let me say how much fun I had at Carlisle. Thanks for the good times.

well I also made it up to All-Ford and had great time, it was nice to see you guys, quite of few of us go back 5 years for this tradition and each year I look forward to the next, maybe if we keep this up, we can manage a weekend that is rain free.

My sincere condolences goes out to Sandy, Karen and his family
